No. If you already have drawings we will work from them. If you do not, we can bring in an architect and a structural engineer and start from a conversation about what you want.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections as part of the job, and we tell you where the project stands at each sign off.

Wilton runs along the Norwalk River corridor and still has a fair number of horse properties and larger colonial homes on lots that give room to add on without crowding a neighbor.
